All of the following services will be charged at $35.00 per hour
- Renovation proposals
- Bathroom concepts-( around 1.5 hrs- 2 hrs)
- Kitchen design ( average 1.5 – 2 hours)
- Furniture placement
- Outdoor living areas
- Landscapes
On-site visit- around$125.00
The goal of the initial consultation is to discover ‘the look’, ‘the feel’ and the possibilities of your project
Measurements may be recorded and digital photos may be taken as well at this time.
A simple proposal with basic plans will be included in this fee.
